TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, I assume you're already Read and Agreeing my terms of service!

GENERAL

✥ Personal use and commercial.✥ Commission used in monetary account like broadcasting platform (Youtube and Twitch), novel and merchandise production will be charged with commercial fee.✥ invoice will be sent. Once I got your detail commission and set the price.✥ All prices stated are only base price. Prices may very depending on complexity.✥ Will take 3 - 4 months and more to finish, after sketch. It will take a long wait depend on complexity, queue order and other unexpected circumstances in real life. Any delays will be notified on my trello.✥ If you want your commission finish at a certain date, you'll need to pay extra. I will finish your commission first, please inform me before the payment.✥ All commission will be posted on my social media, and may be one of my portfolio. NDA Required/Privacy fee: 50% of costs. please let me know if you want me to keep it private.✥ I have the right to refuse any commission, if there's have things I'm not comfortable or I can not do with my ability.✥ no refund please. unless I don't give you any progress within 2 months after payment.✥ USING COMMISSION ARTWORK FOR NFT OR AI LEARNING ARE PROHIBITED!

  • TIMELINE

  • I usually complete one model work within 2 - 4 months. It depends on complexity and queue or any trouble on RL.

  • PAYMENT

  • All payment through Paypal

  • For local Bank (Indonesia) payment via SEABANK with currency 1 USD = Rp14.000

  • Full Payment Upfront or Payment Plan/Split ― ( 2 - 3 times with 50% down payment)

  • IMPORTANT!

  • All vtuber prices include commercial fees.

  • If the character design is complex, it will have additional fees.

  • Price may varies depends on the complexity of your model.

  • The art file will be cut and ready to rig.

  • The model will have nude base but (SFW).

  • For priority fees; you may ask to get priority or add specific deadline for your drawing. Rush fee will charge of +50% of the commission price for more than 4 weeks. I will not accept if the deadline is less than 4 weeks.

  • WORKFLOW

  • Clients send detail character such as Moodboard, Character Sheet or any Visual References.

  • Client pay full payment upfront or half payment.

  • Artist will start progressing ― updating the progress to client periodically ― will delivered the final once it finished to GDrive.

  • Time frames are counted from when payment was made.

  • Any delays will be informed on my Trello and twitter, and the artist is not obligated to explain any reasoning― (however I will try to explain if it is not about irl's privacy)
